With several anticipated listings of prominent Texas species pending, the first half of 2025 has been characterized by regulatory uncertainly. We will take some time to look back at these listing species statuses, while projecting potential future actions, such as the applicability of Section 7 versus Section 9/10 of the Endangered Species Act as it pertains to assessing risk and advancing projects. Join in a discussion to explore implications of species listing/delisting statuses and voluntary conservation measures which you may apply to your projects. 

Dallas Menu Options

Haus Salad - Mixed greens, baby heirloom tomato, pickled red onion, cucumber and pretzel croutons.

Cobb Salad - Romain Lettuce, bacon, blue cheese crumbles, hard boiled egg, baby heirloom tomato, pickled red onion, pretzel croutons.

The Standard - Wagyu smash burger with american cheese, dill pickle, shredded lettuce, tomato and burger sauce on a potato bun, served with haus fries.  

Turkey Club - House-brined roasted turkey, black pepper mayo, seasoned tomato slice, lettuce, 2 slices of bacon, served on toasted sourdough bread, served with sweet potato chips. 

El Pastor Tacos - 3 pork pastor tacos topped with jalapeno relish and cilantro. Served on flour tortillas with chips and salsa.
