(Dallas) PST Workshop: How to Prepare for a UST Investigation

The federal Energy Policy Act of 2005 requires facilities with Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) to be inspected at least once every three years. The TCEQ’s Small Business and Local Government Assistance (SBLGA) program is offering FREE workshops for owners and operators of USTs. At these workshops, each participant will receive a UST Compliance Notebook developed by the TCEQ. During the class, we will discuss the content of this notebook, which will provide examples of records required to document compliance during an investigation. SBLGA staff will also be available to answer your compliance questions.
