Joan and Mick will be discussing the EPA's effluent limitation guidelines and new source performance standards to control the discharge of pollutants from construction sites.  They will also discuss the proposed national rulemaking to strengthen the stormwater program.

 This is the second meeting of the  year for the Fort Worth Chapter. Please come out and start 2010 with your friends from STEP.
